1. Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that plans can change. Because each tour requires advance coordination with wineries, restaurants, and transportation partners, the following terms apply to all cancellations and schedule changes:

 

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour are eligible for:

   

  • A full-value gift certificate (no expiration, redeemable toward any future Privé Wine Tours service), or

  • A refund minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and partner reservation costs.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit and will be charged the full fare.

 

This policy ensures we can honor our commitments to partner wineries, drivers, and staff while maintaining a consistent level of service for all guests.

 

 

2. Booking Acknowledgment

 

By completing your booking or payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. Age Requirement:

    

   • You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age if participating in any wine tastings.

2. Alcohol Consumption:

    

   • You accept full responsibility for your personal alcohol consumption during the tour.

   • Privé Wine Tours is not liable for incidents, injuries, or damages arising from intoxication or overconsumption.

   • Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Privé Wine Tours.

3. Assumption of Risk:

    

   • You understand that participation involves inherent risks, including transportation, walking on uneven terrain, and winery activities.

   • You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless Privé Wine Tours, its owners, employees, drivers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or losses arising from participation.

4. Safety & Conduct:

    

   • You agree to follow all safety instructions from Privé Wine Tours staff and drivers.

   • Privé Wine Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior.

   • No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
